About
Chef JP is an accomplished chef with a passion for bringing family and friends together over good food. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, he trained at various Michelin Star restaurants in the Napa Valley, including Jeremy Fox’s flagship Ubuntu. He was also able to pursue his passion for sushi, training with traditional Japanese sushi chefs at Morimoto Napa.
For the last 6 years he has been working as a private chef for families in Brentwood and Beverly Hills and has been inspired to launch this passion project, bringing the omakase experience to your home table.
