All menus include the highest quality Ikejime Japanese fish and thoughtfully curated ingredients including Japanese Wagyu, truffle, caviar, live shellfish, and fresh wasabi. If more than 5 guests are expected, an assistant chef/server will be hired. Generally, Chef JP will arrive to the venue two to three hours in advance to set up.
